I created Big Ed's 3Bs Pub gourmet jerky over the last twenty years while experimenting with marinades on all the wild game I've hunted. I've been an outdoor enthusiast since day one and always hungry for some good food. So I created many unique jerky recipes myself, that everyone I know has come to love. I work hard to make 3Bs Pub jerky your favorite. It is a lean, hand carved jerky made from the best cuts.

Carolina Sweetz ...almost like candy with a brown sugared coating. Sweet and Spicy, Brown sugar and just enough spice to get your temperature up.
Spicee it is a traditional style hickory flavored jerky but tongue sizzlin.
Regular,traditional style hickory flavored jerky without all the sugar and spice.
La Cocanutta, want something different,(like an almond joy flavored meal) these cuts are marinated in a chocolate almond style marinade and coated with toasted coconut..
